IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL – Giantex Portable Steam Saunas

Giantex is issuing a voluntary recall of certain Giantex portable steam saunas in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). Consumers can come into contact with the steam diffuser posing a burn hazard. Giantex has received nine reports of incidents involving the Subject Products where consumers reported burns to their extremities, and one incident of a second-degree burn.

This recall applies to the following models sold beginning November 2022:

Model Number: BA7635US (sold in black, copper, green, and blue)

Model Number: BA7733US (sold in black, copper, green, and pink)

Model Number: BA7579US (sold in black, copper, and green) 

Remedy & Next Steps

Consumers should stop using the portable steam sauna immediately and contact Giantex by email at support@giantex.com, by phone at (844) 242-1885 or directly on Amazon to get a full refund.

To receive a full refund, you must follow these steps:

- First, immediately stop using the sauna.

- Second, confirm your sauna is part of the recall by checking the model number or SKU printed on the item packaging, or by contacting us at 844-242-1885 or support@giantex.com and providing information about your chair (which may include order information).

- Third, destroy sauna heating unit by unplugging and then cutting the power cord to the heating unit, as shown in the image below:

- Finally, provide photographic evidence of destruction to: support@giantex.com for a full refund. Refunds will be available within 7 days of your submission.
